Zombie Loan is an excellent series when the story is consumed all at once, but as the Zombie Loan anime didn’t allow that, the unfinished product lets some of its flaws shine instead.

Where To Start The Zombie Loan Manga After The Anime?
If you finished the Zombie Loan anime and want to continue the story in the manga, you can start at Volume 6, Chapter 34.
The anime is 11 episodes long with Episode 12 and Episode 13 considered OVAs as the anime was planned to be longer, but ended prematurely. The OVAs are a direct continuation, but they are usually lumped with the main series now. I just added this for the clarity of those who see that Zombie Loan has OVAs.
What to Expect From The Zombie Loan Manga?
The Zombie Loan anime adapts the manga’s core story well, but it does cut some of the comedic moments and action short. It’s not that it skips them, it just trims them down from the longer versions that often happen in the manga. It makes the manga feel, occasionally, a bit more chaotic than the anime was.
Regardless, you don’t need to read the Zombie Loan manga from the beginning unless you just want to.
