I’m not the biggest fan of harem series, but The World God Only Knows was clever at time, and kind of insulting at others. However, what you got from the anime was something rife with filler and not even properly ended. Of course, the actual ending may leave some a bit salty.
Where To Start The World God Only Knows Manga After The Anime?
If you want to pick up The World God Only Knows manga after finishing up all three season of the anime, you can start at Chapter 190.
You will also need to watch the OVAs which are canon and counted in this start point. OVA to watch include:

- 4 Girls and an Idol – Covers manga Chapter 54 and 55
- Reunion – Childhood Friend Arc – Covers manga chapters 57 through 61
- Encounter – Childhood Friend Arc – Covers Chapters 61 through 65
- Magical Star Kanon 100% – Adapts a short spin-off manga by the same name.
If you can’t find the OVAs, it it definitely recommended to read the corresponding manga chapters.
What to Expect From The World God Only Knows Manga?
In between the second and third season, the anime skipped about 50 chapters. It skips chapters 65-113 and, while technically skippable, those chapters definitely give more context to the third season.
Honestly, it is really recommended to start at Chapter 65 and just read from there even if you did watch the third season.
Is The World God Only Knows Manga Over?
The World God Only Knows manga is complete. It ended in 2014 with Chapter 271.
Will There Be A World God Only Knows Season 4?
With the third season ending in 2014 and the studio who made the anime now defunct, a fourth season for World God Only Knows seems unlikely at this point.
