What to Expect From The Whispered Words Manga?
The Whispered Words manga has long enough chapters that they adapted almost a chapter per episode (episode 12 being a anime-original filler story). While they did re-arrange some chapters, the anime is an excellent adaptation of the manga.
You don’t need to read the Whispered Words manga from the beginning unless you just want to.
