Where To Start The Ubel Blatt Manga After The Anime?
If you finished the Ubel Blatt anime and want to continue the story in the manga, you can start at Volume 7, Chapter 63.
Do note that the official English release combines volumes together as well as starts the volume numbering at 0 instead of 1, so it ends in Volume 3 instead of Volume 7 if you were to purchase it.
What to Expect From The Ubel Blatt Manga?
Did you like the Ubel Blatt anime even a little bit? Go read the manga from the beginning.
Even in chapter one, it will be incredibly clear how censored and toned down the anime was, not to mention they also skipped most of the first three chapters. There’s a lot more blood, a lot more graphic violence, a lot more rage, and a whole lot more nudity.
The Ubel Blatt anime did adapt the story somewhat well, but taking out all that other stuff—the stuff that makes dark fantasy dark and not just another edgy “dark” isekai—is what gives this story its flavor.
Is The Ubel Blatt Manga Over?
The Ubel Blatt manga is complete. It ended in 2019 with Volume 24, Chapter 170.
You can also enjoy the Ubel Blatt II – The Knights of the Fallen King sequel manga that started in 2024.
Will There Be A Ubel Blatt Season 2?
There has been no announcement of an Ubel Blatt Season 2 anime.
If you are going to continue presenting the story as such, perhaps don’t bother. However, as this coincided with the new sequel manga launching, I suspect it was a wee bit promotional.
