Please note that Tower of God is one of those Korean manhwa series that separates its plot out into “Seasons” not unlike an anime, so some places may restart the chapter count per each season, while other places may just do a lump-sum numbering.

What to Expect From The Tower of God Manga?

The Tower of God anime changed many things from the manhwa, so many things that it is almost surprising that it is getting second season of anime. It definitely seems like, due to how much they cut, changed, and injected as anime-only, that the Tower of God anime may be becoming its own separate thing.

Season 2 of the anime was a little better with how much actual story content they used and didn’t cut, but it then sacrificed animation quality, so the anime still has problems, they just became different ones.

It is strongly recommended to read the Tower of God manhwa from the beginning if you enjoy the series for what the anime has given you.

Is The Tower of God Manga Over?

The Tower of God manhwa is still ongoing. Since launching in 2010, it is currently on Season 3 and releases two to three volumes per year.

Will There Be A Tower of God Season 3?

There has been no official announcement of a Tower of God Season 3 anime.

Season 1 produced some hype to ride off of, but I’m not sure that hype actually made its way through Season 2. So we will see.
