As of Chapter 33, the latest chapter as of the end of the anime, the Too Perfect Saint manga is about at Episode 11. The manga actually adapted the final moments of the anime in Chapter 27 and 28 because the anime skipped the epilogue of Novel 1 to speed run through Novel 2 and used Novel 1’s epilogue as the end of the anime.
As the anime adapted through the content of Novel 2, which is what the manga is presently adapting, far too quickly, you may wish to start at Volume 6, Chapter 27 to get a better story experience.

Too Perfect Saint was an enjoyable story as an anime, but as an adaptation, it has a problem. The anime graciously gave ten episodes to adapting the first novel, and two episodes to adapting Novel 2. You can see the problem here. They absolutely sped through the main event of Novel 2 and left pretty much everything else out.
You don’t need to read the Too Perfect Saint light novel from the beginning, but you should definitely go start at Novel 2 instead.
