What to Expect From The Thermae Romae Manga?
While Thermae Romae Novae goes further into the manga than the original 2012 anime, both anime series skip a pretty decent handful of chapters. The chapters are quite long, so you do miss some pretty sizable stories that may merit reading the manga from the beginning.
Aside from that, both series are good adaptations of what chapters they did adapt.

Will There Be A Thermae Romae Season 2?
Thermae Romae is pretty low-key beloved as it is a celebration of Japanese bath culture, and the fact that Novae was made in 2022 proves that is it still loved. However, I don’t know how profitable the series is to merit making more, but the window is open.
