You might want to read starting at Chapter 30 as the final episode sort of sped through the three chapters it crammed in there.

What to Expect From The Tamon’s B Side Manga?

They did cut out a few minor cute things, but otherwise this was a great adaptation of the manga with the exception of the speedy final episode. While the anime and manga are both pretty comedic, you’ll find that the anime does sometimes take things that are a bit more comical in the manga and makes them into something more serious for the anime, but those occurrences are rare and won’t really effect your reading experience.
