I never thought the omegaverse would make it out of the darker corners of the fujoshi fandom, but I suppose if any of the series deserved to see the light of day in the form of an anime adaptation, it was this one.
Just be aware that while the anime is wholesome if occasionally dramatic, the manga is a bit sexier.

Where To Start The Tadaima Okaeri Manga After The Anime?
If you finished the Tadaima Okaeri anime and want to continue the story with the manga, you can start at Volume 3, Chapter 7. (Each volume starts with Chapter 1. )
What to Expect From The Tadaima Okaeri Manga?
The Tadaima Okaeri is a pretty good adaptation of the manga, but it does skip some things. It skips a lot of the bonus chapters and definitely skips a lot of the more sexy boy’s love bits.
While you have all the plot left intact in the anime, and thus don’t need to read the Tadaima Okaeri manga from the beginning, there is some value in doing so.
It is also worth noting that if you have minimal knowledge of the Omegaverse, there are pages of lore building – notes outside of the actual story – on the subject in the manga that explain it in a more in-depth way than the anime, which often assumes the audience is familiar with it.
Is The Tadaima Okaeri Manga Over?
The Tadaima Okaeri manga is still ongoing. Since launching in 2016, the series released a volume per year until 2019 when it was on hiatus until 2024. It is unclear whether the hiatus is officially over.
Will There Be A Tadaima Okaeri Season 2?
There has been no official announcement of a Tadaima Okaeri Season 2.
While popularity/profitability for this series is a big concern on whether or not it will get a Season 2, the bigger issue is a lack of content. There are five total volumes of manga, and the anime adapted three of them.
