As for the Sugar Apple Fairy Tale manga, it has two. One manga series, Ginzatoushi to Kuro no Yousei: Sugar Apple Fairy Tale, has two volumes, is concluded, and only adapts one arc.
The second manga, just plain old Sugar Apple Fairy Tale, is a reboot, currently only has two volumes but is ongoing, and is behind the anime. It is also kind of hard to find since it gets drowned out by the older, concluded version.

There has been no official announcement of a Sugar Apple Fairy Tale Season 2 anime.
