The final episode does adapt the last bit of Chapter 31, but mostly skips the chapter.

What to Expect From The Rooster Fighter Manga?

While the anime did pick up the pace with a few moments it was adapting in the middle. Overall, Rooster Fighter was a great adaptation of the manga. It did skip a couple chapters that didn’t have too much bearing to the plot, several of them being early on when it was still “funny chicken action manga” before its plot solidified into more serious events.
