Where Does The Rin-ne Anime End in The Manga?

I feel like Rin-ne is Ruminko Takahashi’s most widely overlooked series. It’s a supernatural action romance, but not as creative and interesting as Inuyasha. It doesn’t have the hook of Ranma ½. Its not wildly unpredictable like Urusei Yatsura. It doesn’t even have the depth of characters like Maison Ikkoku. Instead, it kind of blends into the large swathe of supernatural series with a similar plot. Still, if you like a series, none of that matters.

Where To Start The Rin-ne Manga After The Anime?

If you have finished the Rin-ne anime want to continue the story with the manga, you can do so at Chapter 260.

The anime adapts one chapter into Volume 27.

What to Expect From The Rin-ne Manga?

The thing about Rin-ne is that, while it is arc-based like all Rumiko Takahashi series, the anime actually adapts some of the arcs out of order. So if you were to read from the beginning, events would be re-arranged in the manga when compared to the anime.

The anime also skips many chapters, but none of the chapters are what I would call “major” events. Instead, you just miss more slice of life moments or minor incidents. You don’t necessarily need to read the manga from the beginning, but you can if you want.

Is The Rin-ne Manga Over?

The Rin-ne manga is completed. It ended in 2017 with Chapter 398.

Will There Be A Rin-ne Season 4?

Rin-ne had a good run. Not as good of a run as other Rumiko Takahashi series, but the fact that the anime ended in line with the manga concluding is a good indicator that they won’t be continuing the Rin-ne anime ever.
