What to Expect From The Plus-Sized Elf Manga?

I’m about to break the hearts of a lot of degenerates, but the biggest thing of note between the Plus-Sized Elf anime and manga is that the manga isn’t nearly as lewd. Not one single exposed nipple in the whole lot, instead the nubbins have been censored by the author in the art.

Other than that important tidbit, the Plus-Sized Elf anime did jump around the manga a bit, but it was likely to provide a steady drip-feed of new thick-bodied fantasy girls. The anime also cut out a number of small jokes and skipped exactly two different trips to the beach, likely because they involved characters that were not introduced yet and it would be weird to end the series with two beach trips.

You would get some benefit from reading the manga from the beginning, but there is nothing skipped that you need to read it from the beginning for. The only real important plot points are the introductions of new characters, and it did do all those, just in a different order.

Is The Plus-Sized Elf Manga Over?

The Plus-Sized Elf manga is complete. It ended in 2021 with Chapter 56.

There is, however, Plus-Sized Elf: Second Helping, a sequel manga that is still ongoing. Since launching in 2022, it usually releases one to two volumes per year.

Will There Be A Plus-Sized Elf Season 2?

There has been no announcement of a Plus-Sized Elf Season 2 anime.

The lewder the series, the less likely it is to get another season. We will see, though.
