I have found I don’t have a ton of stamina for shounen series, even the “good” ones. However, there was just something about Orient that drew me in and, more amazingly, kept me coming back. I think I just find the samurai-inspired world both interesting and the best kind of ridiculous.
Where To Start The Orient Manga After The Anime?
If you have finished up both cours of Orient’s first season of Orient, you can pick up the manga at Chapter 114.

What to Expect From The Orient Manga?
That’s a lot of chapters for even a two-cour anime to adapt, but Orient is also very much a shounen manga so sometimes not a lot actually happens in a chapter. The anime did gloss over some small details and fluff, but there isn’t much reason to start reading from the beginning.
Is The Orient Manga Over?
The Orient manga is still ongoing. Since launching in 2018, it releases about three volumes per year.
Will There Be A Orient Season 2?
Although it came from the same author as the well-liked Magi series, Orient never achieved as much popularity as Magi or as many of its bigger shounen action anime peers. As such, it seems unlikely that Orient will receive a second season.
