You may wish to read at final chapter of Novel 5, as the anime adapts most of that novel in the final episode of the anime and OVA, but does have an anime-original ending.

The Oresuki light novel is complete. It ended in 2022 with Novel 17.
Where To Start The Oresuki Manga After The Anime?
While Oresuki does have a manga, it deviates from the light novel/anime story after about Episode 9/Novel 4 to have a manga-original conclusion.
It is worth noting that the manga also has a very different tone from the anime, in that it is a far more serious story.

What to Expect From The Oresuki Source Material Compared to The Anime?
Oresuki is a harem parody meant to be a sort of chaotic anti-harem, but does have a pretty serious story going on. The anime actually lightens up the tone of the story quite a bit. While the difference in tone is most noticeable in the manga, which is more serious than even the light novel in its depiction of the events, you should expect the light novel to be more of a serious story as well.
That said, while the Oresuki anime has an anime-original ending and does cut some pieces of the light novel out, it is a good adaptation of what it did adapt.
You don’t need to read the Oresuki light novel from the beginning to continue on with the story, but there are definitely some moments you missed and the change in tone does make the story hit a bit differently.
Will There Be An Oresuki Season 2?
As the Oresuki anime aired in 2019 and had a pretty conclusive anime-original ending in the OVA, I don’t think there is hope for an Oresuki Season 2 anime.
