Amnesia used to be so commonly used for drama in anime, but there is a reason you don’t see it anymore. It is uncommon in real life, and a bit of a cheap cop-out tool. Where To Start The One Week Friends Manga After The Anime?
There is no easy answer as to where to pick up the One Week Friends manga after the anime. I would recommend Chapter 15, which is right after the introduction of Kujo, which was episode 11 in the anime, since the anime has an anime-original ending.

The One Week Friends anime aired about a year before the One Week Friends manga ended. However it definitely seems like one of those “we free-styled the anime-original ending, but had notes from the manga author” affairs. This is because the manga and anime endings are different, but still share a few similarities.
