From the older age of ecchi back when things weren’t so bold with the visuals and at least tried to have a plot, Omamori Himari is a bygone relic for horny teens that have now all surely grown up into horny adults.

Where To Start The Omamori Himari Manga After The Anime?
If you finished watching the Omamori Himari anime and want to continue the story in the manga, strictly speaking you can start at Volume 4, Chapter 19.
The anime adapts most, but not all of this chapter.
You will note that this start point is at the end of Episode 7 where Himari and Kuesu are fighting. While you will see bits and pieces from later chapters in the anime after that point, the anime starts heavily diverging to its anime-original ending starting at Episode 8.
Overall, there are quite a few changes to the Omamori Himari anime prior to this as well, to the point where it would probably be easier to just read the Omamori Himari manga from the beginning. (There’s a bit more ecchi in the manga too, if that sways you any which way.)
As an interesting aside, the way the anime ended actually comes back around in the later bits of the manga, though the manga ending is still fairly different from the anime ending.
Is The Omamori Himari Manga Over?
The Omamori Himari manga is complete. It ended in 2013 with Volume 12, Chapter 75.
Will There Be A Omamori Himari Season 2?
As the anime drifted off into an anime-original ending, it seems unlikely that they would ever continue it, particularly since it is an anime that aired way back in 2010 and its manga has long since ended.
