Where To Start The Noragami Manga After The Anime?
Regardless, if you want to start the Noragami manga after season two, then you can technically start at Chapter 39. It is generally agreed upon that, because they leave important details of the current going-ons out, you should start at the beginning of the arc at Chapter 32. The anime makes some major changes that you will need to know to enjoy the manga.
The OVA for season two adapt more chapters, but I still really recommend a Chapter 32 start.
What to Expect From The Noragami Manga?
To be honest, the Noragami anime, while good, is kind of a hot mess of an anime adaptation. The anime leaves out many finer about the world and those involved in it. While it may not be so important in other series, lore-building is kind of crucial in Noragami and not knowing it can make things confusing.
Personally, I recommend reading the manga from the beginning. The anime covers a small portion of a very long story, so reading it from the beginning lays the critical groundwork that you need to fully enjoy the manga series.

Will There Be A Noragami Season 3?
The Noragami series released an OVA in 2016 following season 2, but no new anime announcements have been made since. Given the amount of time, and the somewhat slap-dash way it ended the second season, it seems unlikely that there will be another season of anime.
