Nisekoi used to drive fans crazy with its love triangle. One arc, Chitoge’s the main girl, and the next arc, it’s Kosaki who feels like the main girl. It was a clever way of storytelling that was really elevated by Shaft animation. Unfortunately, for as interesting as it was, I guess it wasn’t interesting enough to get a full adaptation.

What to Expect From The Nisekoi Manga?
The Nisekoi anime did its best with what they could fit into a season to keep things both interesting and flowing since the manga has times where things sort of chug to a crawl with the pace. However, that said, the Nisekoi anime does skip tons of chapters.
If you just want to see the end, you can quickly read your way to it after where the anime ended and be fine. However, if you are interested in getting the complete story, you will definitely want to read Nisekoi from the beginning.

The Nisekoi manga is complete. It ended in 2016 with Chapter 229.
Will There Be A Nisekoi Season 3?
While Season 3 was the dream, it has been almost ten years since the manga ended, and even longer since the anime ended. It seems unlikely that the anime will ever adapt the Nisekoi ending.
