Where Does The My Tiny Senpai Anime End In The Manga?

Twitter may have had a problem with this series, but it was really just another perfectly okay workplace romance anime meant to sooth overworked salarymen whose workplace and female co-workers aren’t half as nice. That said, it could move a bit faster with the romance part.

Continuing with the My Tiny Senpai manga after the anime is going to be difficult, and downright impossible if you don’t read Japanese. Let’s go into why.

Where To Start The My Tiny Senpai Manga After The Anime?

The actual answer as to where to pick up the My Tiny Senpai manga after the anime is Chapter 85 with a very large caveat.

What to Expect From The My Tiny Senpai Manga?

My Tiny Senpai started life as a Twitter/Pixiv comic, then got serialized, then got an anime adaptation. When reading the series, you generally want the “Doujinshi-Ban” version which is the original Twitter version before serialization. The actual serialized version isn’t that far along and is kind of redoing the story.

The current latest translated chapter from pre-serialization is Chapter 73 – the start of the new hire competition. I went to Pixiv to read the rest and the chapters are nowhere close to lining up with what has been translated for some strange reason, and the final chapter from the anime – the amusement park date – is Chapter 57 whereas the new hire competition start is Chapter 45 there. So, counting the chapters in between those two events (12 chapters), the start chapter for the translation – when it gets there – would be Chapter 85. Math’d.

It’s messy, and if someone more informed wants to set me straight, by all means.

Is The My Tiny Senpai Manga Over?

The My Tiny Senpai manga is still ongoing. Since beginning its official serialization in 2020, it has released a tidy two volumes per year.

Will There Be A My Tiny Senpai Season 2?

There has been no announcement of a My Tiny Senpai Season 2 anime.

The issues with a second season of My Tiny Senpai is not necessarily popularity or profitability, but content. The anime was very close to adapting all the manga content. So at this point there is not much more to furnish a second season.
