If you finished the Majimoji Rurumo anime and wish to continue the story in the manga, you can start at Volume 4, Chapter 18.
The Majimoji Rurumo: Kanketsu-hen OVAs adapts the final volume of the original manga and wildly condense the events of the four-volume sequel manga, Makai-hen. You should not continue the story after watching it, as you have missed much.
What to Expect From The Majimoji Rurumo Manga?
The Majimoji Rurumo anime does skip some chapters and has some anime-original episodes, but the episodes that are adapting the manga do so actually really well with very little changes.
You don’t need to read the manga from the beginning unless you just want to. Even if you want to see the skipped chapters, they are often one-off stories that have little to contribute to the plot.
