The anime adapts through Volume 11.

Similarly, the Library Wars anime movie adapts through the end of the manga. However, the Library Wars novel and manga story has a sequel manga called Library War: Love & War Bessatsu-hen. This manga adapts past the novel story and is fully new content for anime watchers, manga readers, and novel readers.
Is The Library Wars Manga Over?
The Library Wars manga is complete. It ended in 2015 with Chapter 90. The Library War manga fully adapted the novel story.

What to Expect From The Library Wars Source Material Compared to The Anime?
Library Wars is split between its war over books story and the building romantic entanglements of the military unit. While the anime hits all the major military plot points, what it cuts out is character moments that help flesh out the various relationships going on.
In truth, both the novels and manga tell a very good story that are summed up pretty decently in the anime. There would be a lot of character moments that would make reading either the novels or manga from the beginning worth it, but you don’t need to read Library Wars from the beginning due to anything it skipped in the actual plot.
Will There Be A Library Wars Season 2?
While Library Wars has more story even beyond the novels with the Bessatsu-hen manga series, the series seems long past its heyday. As such, it is unlikely that they will ever make a Library Wars Season 2 anime.
