What Karneval puts on display is a kind of creativity that is rare to see in anime these days. What to Expect From The Karneval Manga?
The Karneval is anime is a fairly decent adaptation of the manga. It speeds through some parts of the manga, and does leave a few smaller moments out. The manga features more moments that flesh out the character relationships a little better, which is most of the content that they skipped.
However, the anime does give you the core story and there is really no reason to go back and read it from the beginning unless you want to.
