Where Does The Jujutsu Kaisen Anime End in The Manga?

With the anime finally finishing up its first season, it has left fans pretty much in a holding pattern for season two, or the movie if you can’t even wait that long. However, you could get your fix now with the manga.

Where To Start The Jujutsu Kaisen Manga After The Anime?

If you finished the Jujutsu Kaisen anime and want to continue the story with the manga after the anime, you can start at:

• If you finished Jujutsu Kaisen Season 1 – Start the manga at Volume 8 Chapter 64
• If you finished Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 – Start the manga at Volume 16, Chapter 138.
• If you finished Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 – Start the manga at Volume 21, Chapter 181.

The third season’s final episode adapted some of 181, but not all of it.

The Jujutsu Kaisen 0 movie is a canon prequel. However, it is adapting the short, single volume Jujutsu Kaisen 0 manga series, not anything from the main manga series. Do note that the movie actually did expand further on some events than the manga does.

What to Expect From The Jujutsu Kaisen Manga?

The Jujutsu Kaisen manga doesn’t differ much from the anime as a whole. The anime does tend to skip some smaller moments that don’t have a significant bearing on the plot or character development. So you miss a bit of silliness, but overall, Jujutsu Kaisen has been a great adaptation of the manga.

You don’t need to read the Jujutsu Kaisen manga from the beginning unless you want to.

Is The Jujutsu Kaisen Manga Over?

The Jujutsu Kaisen manga is complete. It ended in 2024 with Volume 30, Chapter 271.

The author also launched a spin-off sequel called Jujutsu Kaison Modulo, which is also complete at Volume 3, Chapter 25. It is a sequel, but it is set 68 years later.

Will There Be A Jujutsu Kaisen Season 4?

Following the final episode of Season 3, it was announced that Jujutsu Kaisen would receive a Season 4, covering the second half of the Culling Game arc. However, they have not announced when Season 4 will air.
