The true Hana Yori Dango sequel manga is called Hana Nochi Hare: Hanadan, sometimes called Boys Over Flowers: Next Season. This follows an entirely new cast at Eitoku Academy with still all that Hana Yori Dango, “poor girl at rich people school” flavor. You will also see brief cameos from characters from the first Hana Yori Dango.
