The 12^th episode is anime-original, so that is not included. As it common with slice of life/cute girls doing cute things adaptations, the Gabriel Dropout anime adapts the manga in a non-linear, shuffled order. This means if you do read it from the beginning, the events will not be in order. However, the anime only skipped two chapters and a few minor jokes, so it was actually a pretty good adaptation and you don’t necessarily need to read it from the beginning.
