What to Expect From The Fire Force Manga?
The first season re-arranged a few things and skipped some smaller moments while Season 2 was a more faithful adaptation. However, nothing skipped has much affect on the plot. Season 3 also rearranges moments for flow and does continue to cut content from the manga, but again, ti doesn’t really affect the story.
You don’t need to read the Fire Force manga from the beginning unless you want to.

Will There Be A Fire Force Season 4?
Fire Force is now a complete adaptation of the manga, so there will be no more. Unless they remake Soul Eater, which is now its sequel.
