Where Does The Farming Life in Another World End in The Web Novel?

I know fans of the Farming Life in Another World source material were so upset with the anime adaptation because it adapted out all the horny, but I loved it. Sure, the horny was there, lurking often off-screen menacingly and waiting to jump Hiraku in his bed at night, but I liked that it put more emphasis on the village building aspect then the horniness of his harem.

That said, if you, too, enjoyed that, then the horny of Farming Life in Another World’s web novel and manga may not be for you.

Okay, so here’s the thing. The Farming Life in Another World anime is not actually a good adaptation of its source material. So, while I can tell you where you should pick up both, they are really more of a “just read it from the beginning” sort of affairs. It will also help you acclimatize easier to the horny of it all.

If you finished the Farming Life in Another World anime and wish to start the web novel, you can do so at, technically, Chapter 85. That is where the events of the anime stopped, but the timeline is skewed. For example, by that point, Hikaru already has multiple children running around.

As the web novel has like 700+ chapters, reading an extra 85 for world building by starting from the beginning isn’t so bad.

Why is this for the web novel and not the light novel? Farming Life in Another World has a light novel, allegedly, but all I could find is the web novel. It seems to also be largely translated so even if you did find the light novel, the web novel still offers more content.

As for the manga for Farming Life in Another World after the anime, again, it is best to start at the beginning, but if you simply cannot, then Chapter 25 would be the best place to start without missing too much.
