Alright, I’m calling it. Safe to say this series isn’t getting a second season, which is too bad. It was, truthfully, very cute and had OP and ED songs I still listen to to this day. Luckily, if you crave a better romantic conclusion than the anime gave you, the manga is still going strong.

Where To Start The Engaged to the Unidentified Manga After The Anime?
Jumping into the Engaged to the Unidentified manga from the anime is not exactly a smooth transition. The last episode of the anime was, for the most part, an anime-only ending. The best you can do is start at Chapter 57, where Kobeni discovers Hakuya’s scar and knows it was from saving her. From there, you will find the events wildly different.
What to Expect From The Engaged to the Unidentified Manga?
Honestly, I recommend reading this series from the beginning, since there are quite a few differences and this series is one of those manga series you need to adjust to reading, which probably makes no sense. It flows a lot differently than the anime in style, which makes the transition to the manga story even more of a task.
Is The Engaged to the Unidentified Manga Over?
The Engaged to the Unidentified manga is surprisingly still ongoing. Since launching in 2010, it usually only releases one volume per year.
Will There Be A Engaged to the Unidentified Season 2?
As the anime changed a lot of events to get to an anime-original ending, not to mention it came out in 2014, chances of an Engaged to the Unidentified Season 2 are very unlikely. It would need to retcon a lot of story, and this series isn’t so wildly popular that they would put the effort into doing that.
