If they would have put in a modicum of actual effort in this anime, we’d probably still be drowning in the fanart for these beautiful, dangerous boys to this day.

Where To Start The Dogs: Bullets & Carnage Manga After The Anime?
If you finished the Dogs: Bullets & Carnage anime and wish to continue the story in the manga, you can start at Volume 1, Chapter 1.
That wasn’t a cheeky way of just saying you should read this manga from the beginning, that is the literal answer of where to start.
The thing to know is that while the anime is called “Dogs: Bullets & Carnage” and it does have a manga series called “Dogs: Bullets & Carnage,” the anime actually adapts the short, single-volume prequel manga called “Dogs: Stray Dogs Howling in the Dark.”
The anime adapts most of that prequel manga with small pieces from the Dogs: Bullets & Carnage manga.
That said, the anime doesn’t even cover the content it is adapting particularly well. While you don’t need to read the prequel manga, you may want to consider it just because they anime didn’t adapt it very well.
Is The Dogs: Bullets & Carnage Manga Over?
The Dogs: Bullets & Carnage manga is, technically, on hiatus. However, it has been on hiatus since 2015 and people consider it abandoned with Volume 10, Chapter 101.
Will There Be A Dogs: Bullets & Carnage Season 2?
As the anime aired in 2009 and was considered a massive flop even then, it is safe to say they won’t attempt any more anime projects for this one.
