Demon King Daimao is not an anime you really watch for a robust plot. However, as you get invested in the girls for more than just how much of their bodies they show, you kind of want to see what happens to them – or at least what heights of degeneracy they can reach.
It is probably for the best that people don’t usually watch Demon King Daimao for the plot because the anime actually plays fast and loose with it.

The Demon King Daimao light novel is completed. It ended in 2014 with Novel 13.
Where To Start The Demon King Daimao Manga After The Anime?
While Demon King Daimao also has a manga series, I don’t recommend it. The Demon King Daimao manga doesn’t adapt the light novel story, but rather adapts the events presented in the anime. It doesn’t even do that well since the manga series ends at a cliffhanger after Keena’s kidnapping without any sort of resolution.

What to Expect From The Demon King Daimao Source Material Compared to The Anime?
Fair warning, the anime speeds through the novels it adapts, often skipping a lot of big action events and character building to get to the next provocative ecchi situation.
I do technically recommend reading the light novels from the beginning if you legitimately do enjoy the story of Demon King Daimao, but it is also fine to read from Novel 5 if you just want to see what happens next.
Will There Be A Demon King Daimao Season 2?
As it has been over a decade since the anime ended, and all its source material is concluded as well, it seems very unlikely that there will be another season of Demon King Daimao. Ecchi anime, unfortunately, is notorious for only getting a singular season of anime.
