I didn’t expect a lot from Dark Gathering because I have conditioned myself to expect very little from the rare horror anime that we do get, but it sure did become great! Its more youthful art style really puts you off guard to how messed up some of the ghosts are, and how weirdly sexual some of them are. All in all, it was a pretty great horror anime that was even legitimately creepy sometimes.
