While Dance in the Vampire Bund has some pretty polarized opinions on it, you don’t get polarizing opinions by not being interesting. You get them by having naked thousand-year-old lolis juxtaposed with a vampire story that exercises a modicum of actual creativity. Anyway, if you liked the Dance in the Vampire Bund anime, you’ll likely love the manga a lot more since the anime is kind of a hot mess.
Where To Start The Dance in the Vampire Bund Manga After The Anime?
The thing about the Dance in the Vampire Bund anime is that it kind of goes off the rails. Not in the usual way either. Instead of just diverging from canon after a certain point, it does strange things like completely change canon characters.
While I recommend reading this series from the beginning because a lot of things will make more sense, literally no one comes here to hear that all-too-common answer. As such, you can start the Dance in the Vampire Bund manga after anime, technically, at Chapter 31. Just… be aware that you will notice many glaring differences.
While I really recommend reading the manga from the beginning, unfortunately the Dance in the Vampire Bund manga itself is also kind of a hot mess with its various different sequels and “recommended reading” side stories. So, as a helpful bonus:

Is The Dance in the Vampire Bund Manga Over?
The original Dance in the Vampire Bund is completed. It ended in 2012 with Chapter 82.
The sequel manga Dance in the Vampire Bund 2 Scarlet Order is completed. It ended 2015 with Chapter 17.
The sequel, sequel manga Dance in the Vampire Bund Age of Scarlet Order is ongoing. Since launching in 2018, it usually publishes three volumes per year.
Will There Be A Dance in the Vampire Bund Season 2?
Given the complicated state of the anime adaptation and the amount of time that has passed, it seems unlikely that there will be a Dance in The Vampire Bund Season 2. If anything, they may reboot it to tell the whole story in a less complicated way when Age of Scarlet Order gets ready to end.
