Well, this certainly is an older ecchi anime. I can’t really find much nice to say about it, given its firm lolicon appeal. Probably a nice Christmas watch, though. Very wholesome.

Where To Start The Chocotto Sister Manga After The Anime?
If you finished the Chocotto Sister anime and want to continue the story in the manga, you can technically start at Volume 6, Chapter 42.
Though it would probably be better to read it from the beginning given how much it skipped.
What to Expect From The Chocotto Sister Manga?
The Chocotto Sister anime seemed to be more taking interesting pieces from the manga and filling in the story in between. The anime skips and re-arranges a number of manga chapters, with the last one being adapted being Chapter 41, which was Eriko running away and meeting Makoto and the story revealing that Makoto is probably a famous idol, which was Episode 19.
Episodes 20 through Episodes 24 are all anime-original as, when the anime was airing, it had pretty much caught up to the still releasing manga.
Given how much the Chocotto Sister anime skipped of the manga, it would be best to read the manga from the beginning, but you aren’t missing much that is super story-important, so you can just continue on with it as well.

The Chocotto Sister manga is complete. It ended in 2007 with Volume 8, Chapter 70.
