I originally thought Beastars was going to be something different, but boy did it far exceed expectations. So much so, it became one of those series that I immediately needed to continue through the manga.

What to Expect From The Beastars Manga?
Interestingly enough, I find that the anime does a better job at some aspects of the story than the manga. That being said, the anime does suffer a bit from some censorship on several impactful scenes. So it may be worthwhile in going back to see what really happens in all its glory.

The Beastars manga is completed. It ended in 2021 with Chapter 196.
Will There Be A Beastars Season 3?
Several months after the end of the second season, Beastars announced its third season, titled “The Final Season,” suggesting that it will adapt the remaining chapters of the concluded manga. It also is stated to air in two parts, the first part coming in 2024, but no specific date has been announced.
