The An Adventurer’s Daily Grind at Age 29 anime does al alright job adapting the story in the first half, and then picks up the pace in the second half. They skipped a whole arc (Chapters 30 through 35) probably because it introduced a bunch of characters, but also skipped a number of short, silly single-chapter adventures too. What’s worse is they actually cut a number of the jokes from the chapters the final two episodes covers which does sort of change your perception a bit.
