To be perfectly candid, A Sign of Affection Season 2 is unlikely for a myriad of reasons. First, the anime was liked, but not wildly loved, thus not likely profitable. Second, shoujo romance anime often gets shafted as single season anime affairs. And finally, there would be, currently, juuuust enough material for another season. If they do decide to make more, they may wait for more manga to release.
