Where To Start The A-Channel Manga After The Anime?
If you finished the A-Channel anime and wish to continue the story in the manga, you can start at Volume 2, Chapter 23.
The OVAs also adapt individual chapters in Volume 2, Volume 3, and for the 2017 OVA, as far as Volume 5, but they obviously skip huge chunks of chapters in between the individuals ones that they adapted.
What to Expect From The A-Channel Manga?
When the A-Channel anime came out, it had exactly two volumes of manga to work with, and they appeared to be very careful to not adapt all of that manga. As such, the anime does inject a decent amount of anime-original skits and skips chapters as well as re-arranges what chapters it adapts.
As A-channel is a very slice of life series, you can easily jump in where the anime left off, but reading the manga from the beginning will net you a few new moments as well.

The A-Channel manga is complete. It ended in 2020 with Volume 11, Chapter 145.
Will There Be An A-Channel Season 2?
As the anime aired in 2011 and the manga finished in 2020, hope for an A-Channel Season 2 is all but gone now.
