A Condition Called Love is working with some older shoujo romance tropes that you don’t see much these days anymore. However, tropes are tropes for a reason, and some people simply crave a jealous and possessive man in fiction. There is certainly something relatable about wanting to be the person that someone puts first, after all.

What to Expect From The A Condition Called Love Manga?
The A Condition Called Love anime was a great adaptation of the manga. They skipped a few very small details, but adapt the story quite well. There is no reason you need to read the A Condition Called Love manga from the beginning unless you want to.

Will There Be A Condition Called Love Season 2?
There has been no official announcement of an A Condition Called Love Season 2 anime.
Shoujo romance tends to have a bad track record for second seasons unless they are wildly popular. A Condition Called Love was well liked, but I don’t know if it will prove popular/profitable enough to merit another season, which a shame because the upcoming basketball arc was pretty cute.
The skipped characters and parts of chapters, outside failed to convey the manga´s tone in parts. This is one of those cases where starting after where it ends, on chapter 21 (with the ending to chapter 22 in the post-credits), won´t quite work even if no full chapter went missing. The anime also didn´t bother to adapt the 4-koma sections that close most chapters. Those too are part of the plot and occasionally resolve stuff.
