What should have been the lewdest anime of the season was overshadowed by all the other surprisingly lewd things that came out of left field.
It is partly Chained Soldier’s fault, though.
The anime was fine, but not the spectacular creation that manga fans were hoping it would be.

Where To Start The Chained Soldier Manga After The Anime?
If you finished the Chained Soldier anime and wish to continue the story with the manga, you can start at Chapter 43.
The anime adapts three chapters of the seven total chapters in Volume 6.
What to Expect From The Chained Soldier Manga?
Chained Soldier is considered a bit of disappointing adaptation by manga fans because it does cut out some scenes and change some things. Yet, it does capture the core plot.
In fact, you could really say the Chained Soldier anime was most disappointing for failing to capture the more graphic nature of the manga, both sexually and with the action. It covers the plot, but lost the sizzle.
If you are in it for the plot, you need not read the manga from the beginning. If you are in it for anything else, then I would recommend reading the manga from the beginning.
Is The Chained Soldier Manga Over?
The Chained Soldier manga is still ongoing. Since launching in 2019, it usually releases three volumes per year.
Will There Be A Chained Soldier Season 2?
Following the final episode of Season 1, it was announced that Chained Soldier would receive a second season. However, no further details on when it would air were given.
You can find out where to continue the Chained Soldier manga after Season 2 of the anime here after the final episode of season 2 airs.
