This is the future of isekai. When there is no more “unique hooks” to place on a human character, the hook becomes them getting isekai’d as objects. That said, I can appreciate the hell out of the above average amount of effort the author put into making Reborn As a Vending Machine work as a premise. Outside of that, it was a perfectly average, actually pretty enjoyable light-hearted isekai.

The LN’s hiatus/soft axe seems to have finally ended. Apparently they released volume 4 this July.
I went hunting for it and… I can’t actually find out if it really exists. I found where you found the info (wikipedia) but I don’t think it’s actually true?
I checked Kadokawa Shoten, the publisher, and didn’t find it. I checked Japanese Amazon just in case it changed publishers, and no luck there either.
The page that’s linked on the Wikipedia article seems to be real. I don’t speak Japanese, but through Google Translate, I was able to find a sample page and what looks like a place to buy it digitally, Bookwalker.

Oh, yup! There it is. Damn you, Kadokawa! Why are Sneaker series not with the rest!
Anyway, I’ll make updates, and thank you for taking the time to hunt it down!
