The Jaadugar anime is an excellent adaptation of the manga. The anime skips very little in terms of story, except in the final episode where it did skip a little of the chapters it was adapting. The only benefit you get from reading the manga is that it does explain things a bit more clearly, i.e. adding character name labels when a new one shows up or explaining battle strategy.
You definitely don’t need to read the Jaadugar manga from the beginning unless you just want to.
