While Scum of Brave has a manga, the anime surpassed it. As of Chapter 51, the latest chapter as of the anime ending, it is at the end of Episode 22 where they step up to Storm Coffin to start their fight.

What to Expect From The Scum of the Brave Source Material Compared to The Anime?
The Scum of the Brave anime is very clearly a promotion for the light novel, which recently reached the point where it is freshly expanding on the original web novel content with new story written specifically for the light novel. As such, they adapted the story of the original novel (which is mostly intact in the new novels) very quickly to get to the point where the new light novel is now expanding the old story.
The anime has cut a decent chunk of details and some of the sillier content. While you can still continue on in the light novel and understand the story, you would have a better story experience reading the Scum of Brave light novel or manga from the beginning.
Will There Be A Scum of the Brave Season 2?
There has been no official announcement of a Scum of the Brave Season 2 anime.
Again, they only recently started to expand the story. So it will be some time.
