If you finished the Akane-banashi anime and wish to continue the story in the manga, you can start at Volume 4, Chapter 31.

What to Expect From The Akane-banashi Manga?
The Akane-banashi anime makes quite a few very small cuts and re-arrangements to the manga, which can kind of change the way you perceive certain scenes, but otherwise was a great adaptation of the manga. Nothing that was cut out or changed will prevent you from jumping into and continuing on with the manga.
While reading from the beginning would give you some very small new moments, you don’t need to read the Akane-banashi manga from the beginning unless you just want.
