The anime jumps all over the manga in its haste to introduce all the fun characters of the series.
However, even beyond that, the anime does change a number of chapters, usually expanding upon the events (while also adapting some other chapters very diligently with few changes).
Since the anime changed even the first chapter and regularly skips large chunks of chapters, there is no place to jump into this series but the beginning.
Is The Gugure! Kokkuri-san Manga Over?
The Gugure! Kokkuri-san manga is complete. It ended in 2016 with Volume 12, Chapter 115.
