Can you start there? Given the nature of the series, yes. However, the anime skipped quite a few chapters.
What to Expect From The Muromi-san Manga?
Muromi-san has short manga chapters and often wedges pieces of multiple chapters within the short anime episodes. The anime likes to adapt all the chapters with Muromi and Takuro, but often likes to skip the one-off chapters where it is just Muromi or other individual characters getting into funny shenanigans alone.
