Oh, we’re in the peak moe ages right now. When idol series were more about being twee and cute rather than complicated characters.

Where To Start The Kirarin Revolution Manga After The Anime?
Strictly speaking, Kirarin Revolution is a full adaptation of the manga in that it adapts the last chapters in the final episode—but it wasn’t a good adaptation of the manga. It was a highly expanded upon one.
Kirarin Revolution is 14 volumes long, and the anime does use a lot of that, but it injects a lot more anime-original filler into the series, including a whole bunch of anime-original characters (sometimes full idol groups) as well as cameos from real life idols in the anime.
If you want a more cohesive story experience, I would recommend reading it from the beginning, or at least reading the final volume.
Is The Kirarin Revolution Manga Over?
The Kirarin Revolution manga is complete. It ended in 2009 with Volume 14, Chapter 62.
