Oh, Cop Craft. Combining isekai with police crime serial storytelling isn’t a bad idea, and the execution of it is pretty good, but this is a series with some problems.
Unfortunately, the series is left to languish because the author treats the story as a side project and the studio that adapted the anime is notorious for slap-dash production.

Where To Start The Cop Craft Light Novel After The Anime?
The answer as to where to pick up the Cop Craft light novel after the anime is complicated, but it boils down to that you can’t continue the story past the anime, but you should read the light novels from the beginning for a much better experience.
The Cop Craft anime adapts most of the story through Novel 6, which is the latest novel of Cop Craft to be released, but it does skip Novel 3.
This also means that the anime, alongside having diminishing production quality, also does a slap-dash job adapting the story of each of those novels. It is really recommended to read the light novels from the beginning. The anime covers the cases pretty well, but cuts out a good chunk of the character interaction and development in between.
